ABOUT US
Our company was founded in 2012 to provide consultancy services to telecommunications and energy companies regarding the use of helicopters. Additionally, we offer logistical support and guidance in obtaining flight permits for helicopters aboard superyachts in Chilean territory. From these projects, MIBGROUP AVIATION has expanded its services to respond to various needs in different areas of aeronautics, now encompassing a broad spectrum of helicopter operations, including oversight and operations auditing.

General Manager
A commercial pilot and flight instructor with extensive experience in helicopter operations and aviation management positions. He has received training in France, Norway, and the United States of America.

ESTEFANÍA DÍAZ N.
AIR SAFETY MANAGER
Commercial Aviation Engineer from the Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María, with a specialization in Aviation Safety and Quality.
With 15 years of experience in the aviation industry, she has led Operational Safety and Quality departments in both international and local companies. Her expertise focuses on the implementation and certification of management systems in the world of commercial aviation, including both airplanes and helicopters.
Since 2015, she has been advising and implementing international standards such as BARS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 with air operators and maintenance centers, conducting audits and consultancy services to help companies raise their air safety standards.

Mauricio Cereceda T.
Maintenance Manager
An Aeronautical Engineer with over 15 years of experience. He has held maintenance management positions overseeing Aeronautical Planning and Control for Chilean Army Aviation and the Aerial Club (CAPE), responsible for the airworthiness of the helicopter and aircraft fleet, as well as maintenance scheduling and control.
His professional training has been primarily conducted in the United States, France, Brazil, and Chile. Notable among his certifications are FlightSafety (Wichita), Cessna 700 (Honeywell HTF7000) Maintenance Initial; TrainingPort, IS-BAO Training; Eagle Copters R22, R44, and R66 Maintenance Training; Bell Helicopter Training Academy (Fort Worth), 407 Field Maintenance; Safran (Sao José dos Campos), Arrius 2F- 1st Line Maintenance Course, Airbus Helicopters S.p.A.; EC-130B4 Base Eventual Course, Airbus Helicopters S.p.A.; EC-120B Base Eventual Course; Eurocopter Training Service (Marignane), Airframe AS-532 AL “Cougar” Course; Turbomeca (Tarnos), Makila 1A1 Course, Level 1.
